In November 2013 Mark and his team started on a Listed Building project creating 4 exceptional town houses from an old vacant school.
As the building was listed, great care, respect and attention was taken by Banks & Bay Developments (previously Poole Bay Building Co) earning an award winning redevelopment which was opened by the Mayor of Poole.
Redeveloping a listed building needs a gentle touch making sure you preserve each feature (where you can) and keep the same traditional style throughout the building depending on which Grade your listed building is under.
When redeveloping Hamworthy School into 4 town houses, every effort and care was illustrated with all 4 houses selling on completion of work.
